With Core Management Strengths, Anand Has 20 Years Of Experience Working with Companies and being an Entrepreneur In the IT and Consumer Goods sectors. He has started and grown companies from ground up with successful exits.

Pritesh manages IT Operations and Architecture. He is a Software Architect with solid technical background and brings with him an experience of 25 years in building and managing world-class products. He has worked with Barclays, Fidelity Information Systems (FIS), Aptara and Shaadi.com. Prior to Winzard, he played multiple technical roles viz. team management, technical project management, architecture designing, software development with industry best practices.

With 14 years of experience in cutting edge learning design, organization development and performance management, Sheetal has headed Talent Development functions in large organizations such as Deloitte, D.E. Shaw and Juno. She has spent her last 4 years as an independent consultant in areas of performance management and developing learning solutions for employee growth and engagement.

With more than 17 years of teaching and research experience in the IIT system, Ganesh has a doctoral degree in the area of Virtual Team Dynamics from IIT Bombay. Currently, he is an associate professor and heads the department of Entrepreneurship and Management in IIT Hyderabad.
